Meet our Staff
Randy serves as Vice President of Lending and Capital Development. He counsels churches across the Conference in debt management and assists them in the mortgage loan process from application to closing.
Courtney organizes and manages the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and Development Company. She’s responsible for interactions with clients and servicing of their accounts.
Tricia serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Foundation and Development Company. She creates a variety of communications to represent our mission throughout the Conference.
As our Client Services Representative, Janice assists clients with requests and questions about their accounts for both the Foundation and Development Company. Her goal is to provide a quality experience for both the churches and individual investors.
Derek assists team members in meeting their daily goals for both the Foundation and Development Company. He also assists administration in managing and servicing client accounts.
