Through DevCo’s loan programs, United Methodist churches and related entities in Virginia can grow, minister and focus on local ministry programs.

Since 2014, the Development Company has
been partnering with dozens of churches in the Virginia Conference, assisting with loan
refinancing, mortgages, construction, renovations, and land acquisitions. Presently, DevCo is
helping 40 loan borrowers to address the needs of their churches.
